From as little as £269 + vat, we provide a full lighting design service remotely with no site visits.

• 3 to 4 Bed House – £959 + vat 
• 5 – 6 Bed House – £1,499 + vat

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Exterior Landscaping – £239 + vat 
• 3D Renders single room – £299 + vat 
• 3D Renders two rooms – £599 + vat 
• 3D Renders three rooms – £899 + vat 
• 3D Renders four rooms – £1,199 + vat 
• 3D Renders five rooms – £1,499 + vat 
• 3D Renders six room – £1,799 + vat 
• 3D Renders open plan living space – £599 + vat 

We will contact you to arrange a full project consultation via a video or phone call and ask you to email us your AutoCAD drawings with furniture layouts.  We aim to deliver your design within 10 working days of the consultation. One set of revisions is included in your package, and usually takes up to 5 working days to implement. 

Once your design is complete you’ll receive in your lighting package: 

• A full set of AutoCAD drawings with dimensions 
• A lighting specification listing all light fittings and drivers 
• Design notes and positioning details 
• A quote for supplying the lighting with a 15% discount 
• A proposal for lighting control options available such as Lutron
